Currently, I work as a Junior Customer Operations Engineer at Open Systems, where I focus on Automating
Network & its operations, analyzing data to provide valuable insights
to drive business decisions and ensuring seamless connectivity for global clients.
My journey began with an internship at Open Systems, where I built a Slack bot during the Swiss-based
HA-CK'24 hackathon to enhance collaboration within mission-critical teams.
I also earned a Process Engineer (PE) certification, deepening my expertise in network monitoring, user
account management, and issue resolution.
While I continue to master networking in my current role, I am actively pursuing my passion for software
engineering, sharpening my skills in full-stack development, automation
and problem-solving. My goal is to transition into an SDE role, leveraging my technical foundation to build
impactful solutions.
Apart from these I'm a statistics enthusiast, hold an insane passion for computer gaming and love to
play football.My motivation to purse Engineering was because the number of internet devices were
outnumbering the human population and the world needed saving -pun unintended XD. My key motivation factor
that drives me everyday is because I thrive for success since the very beginning of my journey.
Automated network operations workflows using Azure Synapse Analytics, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus for efficient data analysis. Resolved ISP contract breaches, optimizing compliance and revenue for 200+ customers. Ensured MEP user count verification, translating network insights into actionable business decisions with finance and procurement teams.

As an intern, I worked on configuring linux machines,designing layouts and automation tesing for a government sanctioned project which is first of a kind in the Indian Railways.
